3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date property information.
• Ensure that the property complies with local regulations and safety requirements.
• Allow JM Estates reasonable access to manage, maintain, and operate the property as per the agreed services.

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees for services will be agreed upon in writing (service agreements/contracts).
• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed terms.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

JM Estates will make every reasonable effort to deliver professional services. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g., guest behavior, natural disasters, third-party service failures).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from property use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, and logos—is the property of JM Estates and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

7. Termination of Services

JM Estates reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if a client breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in unlawful activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
